Care Philosophy: I help clients find new ways of being in the world and relating to others. My training in modern psychodynamic approaches and evidence-based techniques allows me to focus on changing unhelpful patterns of relating to the self, others, and the world. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and personality disorders.

Special Interests: I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and pets. I like to draw, paint, and write when I have alone time. I also enjoy quilting. I enjoy traveling and people-watching. I thoroughly enjoy a good psychological mystery or crime-fighting story.
