Care Philosophy: My philosophy as a therapist is to treat each person as a unique individual, worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their personal circumstances or struggles. It is my desire to come alongside, challenge, and encourage my clients to heal emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients with identifying how thoughts cause feelings and behaviors. I assist clients to develop healthy ways to change how they think in order to change how they feel and act about difficult situations.
