Care Philosophy: I practice with a trauma-focused, holistic approach to focus on helping the patient as a whole person – body, mind, and spirit – to improve their mental health and address the issues that bring them into counseling. I believe everyone is capable of change and personal growth, so I focus on providing patients with a safe environment and support to process through difficult experiences and achieve their goals to help them create a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle for themselves.
