To speed up the enrollment process, bring Social Security numbers for everyone in your household and proof of your household’s monthly income.
Our enrollment staff offers application assistance for the following programs:
- Medicaid for adults, also referred to as Healthy Michigan.
If you are currently enrolled in Medicaid, please keep your contact information up to date in Mi Bridges at Michigan.gov/MI Bridges (michigan.gov). For enrollment support please contact a Financial Service Advocate at 517-748-5500 x 5876.
- Affordable health-care insurance, available through the Health Insurance Marketplace. It was created by the Affordable Care Act.

No. You can get assistance for most enrollments at any Center for Family Health facility – just by walking in. However, you need an appointment to secure coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. To schedule, please call 517-748-5500 ext. 5876.
