Billing
Our staff will bill your health insurance for you. Our Financial Service Advocates can help you with payment options if you cannot afford your deductible or co-pay.
In order for us to collect payment from your insurance, please make sure you present an up-to-date insurance card at each visit. Also, provide any changes in your address, phone number, employer, or primary-care physician.
If you have questions about what your insurance covers, pre-authorizations, or if the Center for Family Health is participating or “In Network,” you should contact your insurance company. Its employees are the experts on your policy.
